Everyone at the Bristol Honda Pitbulls is wishing netminder Tyler Perre well and was delighted to hear the news about his successful operation earlier in the week, but one young Pitbulls fan is taking their support a step further and is aiming to raise money for the Oxford Hospitals Charity, the city where Tyler received his treatment.

Lola is only ten years old and herself is an aspiring netminder, you will have seen her at the rink before in full goalie gear whilst being mascot a couple of times this season. Young Lola is going to be skating 25 miles around Planet Ice Bristol throughout May to raise the money.

Tyler Perre had been diagnosed with stage 2 Ependymoma in his spine and abdomen during the summer of 2021, Perre’s surgery was originally scheduled to me in mid-March, but Covid issues delayed this until last Monday. Tyler is resting up currently and we will hopefully see him on the ice next season.
