Weekend Preview : Leeds Knights

This weekend the Drive Bristol North Pitbulls face a double header against the Leeds Knights starting off at the Pound this Saturday before heading up to Leeds on Sunday. 

Saturday 27th September – Bristol Pitbulls vs Leeds Knights 

After an electric win last weekend, the Bristol Pitbulls welcome the Leeds Knights to The Pound. The Leeds Knights have had a mixed pre-season winning 2 of their four games. Liam Peyton, number 78 for the Knights scored 3 goals during pre-season making him the top scorer during those two weeks. The Knights experienced a close first league game on Sunday losing out to the Peterborough Phantoms by a scoreline of 4-3. In this game two goals came from defenceman Matt Staudacher, number 55 for the Knights, so we can expect him to be one to watch across the two games this weekend.

Can’t make it?

Our merch table is located to the left of the entrance of the rink so you can’t miss it! You can purchase hats, jerseys, t-shirts and more to show your support for the Pitbulls. 

Competitions : 50/50 and Chuck the Puck  

You can win an exciting cash prize when you enter our 50/50 draw, tickets will be at the merch table to buy. For anyone who wants some fun you can buy your foam pucks from the merch table. Be ready to chuck them onto the ice during the 2nd intermission in an attempt to get the closest to the face off spots to win a prize!

Signing table 

Both Mason Lipsey and Max Wigfield will be in the bar after the game signing autographs. Remember to bring any merch or photos you’d like signed! 

Sunday 28th September – Leeds Knights vs Pitbulls  

The Drive Bristol North Pitbulls will be heading over to Leeds for a 5:15pm face off at the Castle.

Updates will be available across our social platforms alongside the Leeds Knights who will also be live streaming the game so be sure to follow both teams on socials to stay in the loop!
