The Sheffield Steeldogs have started this season reasonably well having two wins in their first four games despite facing a 4-1 loss against the Swindon Wildcats last weekend. Sunday 5th October – Telford Tigers vs Bristol Pitbulls
On Sunday, the Pitbulls head to Telford to take on the Telford Tigers in a 6pm face off. Telford have had a strong start to this season winning three of their first four games, most recently beating Basingstoke Bison 7-5. Scoring six goals across four games is forward David Thomson making him the top scorer for the Tigers so far, followed by Caelan McPhee with three goals so far. They have been a strong side already which will make it a challenging game for the Pitbulls especially following their double header in preseason against the Tigers which resulted in two intense overtime losses.
