The Bristol Honda Pitbulls are excited to announce the signing of Scottish defenseman Fynn Page, who joins us on a two-way deal with the Fife Flyers of the Elite League.

Page, 21, joins after spending the last two years with his home team in Fife full time and comes from the same town [Kirkcaldy] as current Pitbull Reece Cochrane.

Prior to the Flyers, Fynn has spent much of his junior career in Canada, representing the Ontario Hockey Academy across six seasons at many age groups, playing alongside Sean Morris in that time and captaining their U18 team in his final year on the other side of the Atlantic.

On signing in Bristol, Page said the following, “I’ve heard lots of great things about Bristol. I’ve been told that the facilities are great, and the fans are amazing. I know a couple of the guys who are down in Bristol. I roomed with Sean Morris for three years in Canada and heard nothing but good things when I spoke to him about the organisation.

“Bari and I have got history through playing for the Flyers and when he got in touch, I was excited to hear his plans for the team going forward and it was great to hear his enthusiasm for the new season and I’m excited to be a part of it.

“I would say that I’m a stay at home & physical defenseman with a team first mentality. I’ll always be willing to do whatever is needed to help the team win and to succeed on and off the ice.”

Bari McKenzie is excited to bring a former teammate down to Bristol. He said, “Last season I feel that perhaps we lacked some size and physicality, for me Fynn adds that to our line-up. Fynn is a team first guy who isn’t afraid to stick up for his teammate and plays hard every shift. Returning guys were happy with this signing as they know what Fynn bring on the ice but knows he is a great guy in the room also. For me bringing Fynn in was a no brainer.”
